How much will
it cost me for delivery?
Our delivery charges are very simple and depend whether you
order separate sweets or our packed gift boxes.
Order one sweet, twenty sweets or as many sweets as you want;
delivery of any number of sweets will cost you just £1.99.
Delivery for our gift boxes is charged at £5.00 per box
no matter which size gift box or boxes you order.

How long before
my order arrives?
Deliveries will take about 3 to 4 working days from the date
the order was placed. Where there might be an important date
for when the delivery would have to be made, we will endeavour
to achieve this.
Whereby a stock item is temporarily unavailable due to excessive
demand, your order will be held until it can be made complete.
Should it still be awaiting the missing item(s) after 2 days,
we will email you the position and offer the order to be sent
as it is, with the other items to follow, or to continue to
hold it for a complete delivery. We will not make any charge
for the delivery of the followed-on items.
In very exceptional circumstances where it might
not be possible to supply an item, we reserve the right to send
a similar item of the same or greater value. If the replacement
is not to your liking then it should be returned for a full refund.
Delays by third parties are beyond our control
and we are sure you will appreciate that we cannot be held responsible.
How
can I order more than one of a sweet?
Just click the “Add to basket” button for the sweet
concerned or click “Basket” at the top of the page.
When your shopping cart window opens, enter the number you want
in the “Quantity” box next to the sweet you want
and then click “Update cart”.
Your shopping cart will now show the correct number of each
item and update the subtotal, postage and packing.

How do I know
what the sweet contains?
We have reproduced on the website the key ingredients that
we feel you might find useful for allergies. In order to do
this we begin by looking at the supplied ingredient list offered
by the manufacturer for each sweet. In the manufacturing process
it might be the case that other sweets that contain those identified
ingredients are used elsewhere in the production line.
The details we give are for advice only and is to the best
of our knowledge. On occasions we source the same product from
different suppliers for continuity of supply and together with
our weighing machines here being used for various different
sweets contributes to the inaccuracy of any guarantees and the
sweet statements should be taken with caution.
We feel the provision of such information will help you make
informed choices and we will continue to monitor all aspects
of health matters.
